Caesar is a Dutch designer.

Born and raised in Zeeland, The Netherlands.

He is trained as an Industrial Design Engineer and Strategic Product Designer at the Delft University of Technology.

At Crisp he defined the renowned App experience and designed many of its beloved features such as Products, Recipes, Bundles, Promotions, Search, Promotions, Add-to-pending-order, Ingredient swap, Weekvoorstel and many others.

During this time, the company scaled from 200 FTE to 1200+ FTE, gained tens of thousands of customers and received backing from renowned investors such as Target Global and Keen.

The company grew from a sub 10M to 90M revenue per year.

It reached profitability for the first time in early 2026.

Previously Caesar worked at Norse Projects in Copenhagen, Denmark, a time he thinks fondly of.

At Norse he designed technical outdoor wear, luggage and e-comm concepts.

At Funda he designed the Search & Find experience for the most dominant real estate platform in the Netherlands. Its Website and App are typically viewed by six million unique users per month and they receive 800 million unique visitors per year.

Caesar currently lives in Bussum with his family and works in Amsterdam.
